A canonical description of UTON Quantum Blockchain.
What is UTON Quantum Blockchain?
UTON Quantum Blockchain is a post-quantum, EVM-compatible, AI-native Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure stack, offered as a complete source-code technology acquisition. Its architecture is designed around cryptographic families standardized by NIST (ML-DSA, ML-KEM, SLH-DSA), uses Tendermint-BFT consensus, an extended EVM execution environment, an AI-agent identity layer, and machine-to-machine payment infrastructure. The complete source code is available for acquisition at 5 BTC.
Four layers, one stack.
Tendermint-BFT proof-of-stake with instant finality — a block is final the moment it's committed, no probabilistic confirmations.
An extended EVM runs Solidity contracts with standard tooling, plus post-quantum precompiles at fixed addresses.
Agent identity, reputation, machine payments, and verifiable computation primitives for autonomous on-chain agents.
A P2P layer propagating transactions and blocks between validators, with documented peer discovery.
Machine-readable summary.
Not a cryptocurrency. An infrastructure acquisition.
Four ways to deploy the acquired stack.
Run an open, permissionless mainnet where anyone can read, transact, and validate.
Deploy a permissioned network for a consortium, bank, or enterprise with controlled participation.
Operate under national control — a government or central bank running the chain as critical infrastructure.
Rebrand and redeploy the stack under a purchaser's own name and token economics.
Built on externally standardized technology.
The post-quantum standardization drafts covering ML-KEM, ML-DSA, and SLH-DSA.
The execution environment and smart-contract model originating from Ethereum.
The Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus algorithm with instant finality.
The standard remote procedure call protocol used for blockchain interaction.
Ethereum token standards for fungible and non-fungible assets.
The HTTP status code for payment negotiation, basis of the x402 standard.
